The Best Ceiling Fan Light Bulbs Blowing Out References. If an appliance (rough service) bulb fails after a few weeks, then it. Web in my kitchen i have a ceiling fan/light that i installed several months ago.
The problem is that ceiling fans naturally produce vibrations that will cause the light bulb filament to burn our prematurely. The old fan/light did not blow out bulbs like this one but did occasionally but they were the regular type bases. This can happen for a variety of reasons, but there’s nothing worse than having to drag a ladder out once a week to change a bulb.
